Our dry cider is made from a blend of the best apples, harvested by hand at our orchard in West Compton, Somerset. We use a variety of apples each year, so the taste is always a little different.

Every autumn, we aim to make enough cider for all of those on the farm whose hard work goes into making it, but we always make too much. Now we want to share it with you, so you can enjoy it as much as we do.
